Product exchange and return instructions
Please check the products in your order as soon as possible after receiving your order. If you buy a product for later use or to be given as a gift, it is just as important to check the product. All our products are subject to a 30-day exchange and return policy from the receipt of the products.
All products returned and to be exchanged must be unused and saleable, with the original product labels in place. We will check the condition of the products before the return processing. Please package the products neatly for the return so that they are saleable when they arrive. The products can be returned to us either in the original packaging or in some other durable bag/box.
As a rule, we process returns within 5 business days from their arrival and refund the customer at the same time. We will refund your payment at the time of the return processing using the same payment method you used to place your order.
For returns, we will charge €5.00 in return charges per parcel. Product exchanges are always free of charge the first time you exchange a product.
If your order exceeded €80 and was therefore eligible for free delivery and you return products so that the total sum of the order is less than €80, the original delivery costs will also be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Please note that not picking up your order is not a return. For any parcel that has not been picked up, we will charge €10.00 in handling charges, covering the postal charges and handling. Please note that we do not accept returns made more than 30 days after receipt of the parcel.
When returning/exchanging products, you can send the products with customer return numbers.
The number for Posti is 657521. Use the cheapest sending method for exchanges and returns. Write the address of MIVI kids and the selected customer return number on the parcel. Also, remember to include the return/exchange form and your own contact details in the parcel.

Please remember to keep the receipt for making the return until your return has been processed. The receipt serves as proof that you have returned the product to the post office and that it is on its way to us.
Instructions for making a complaint:
If you wish to make a complaint about a product, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to receive instructions for making the complaint. We will not accept returns more than 30 days after delivery. When making a complaint, please wait for our response before sending the product to us.
