About the online shop
Products in the online shop are sold by Minni ja Vili Oy (business ID 2955858-5). We sell products to adult consumers in Europe. The product prices include the value added tax.
We reserve the right to make changes in prices and postal charges.
Placing an order
Products are mainly ordered on the Internet at www.mivikids.fi through the shopping cart.
All orders will be confirmed by email, indicating the price of the order, the delivery charges and the ordered products. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address at the time of placing your order.
By placing your order, you agree to the terms of delivery in force at the time of order placement.
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Payment buttons for all Finnish banks are available. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken. On your account statement, Checkout Finland Ltd appears as the recipient of your payment, and we pass your payment to the online seller. You will be directed from the online shop directly to your own bank for secure payment.
Credit card payments
You can pay with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards in the online shop. The online shop makes use of the international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Checkout appears as the payment recipient on the invoice of the used card, and passes the payment card payment paid by the customer directly to the seller. Card payments are made securely using a secure payment form and the payment card information is not stored in the online shop systems.
Mobile payment methods
Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Siirto are app-based services that allow you to pay for online purchases in the form of bank transfers from your account or in the form of card payments, using your card and accepting the payment in the app in question. In addition, Pivo can manage Siirto payments, allowing the payment to be accepted in any app that supports Siirto.
Invoicing and instalment plan services
The invoicing and instalment plan services via Checkout are provided by OP, Collector, Jousto and Mash (formerly Euroloan). Collector also offers invoicing and instalment plan services to corporate customers.

Payment service provider
The service is maintained by Checkout Finland Ltd (business ID 2196606-6) and Checkout Finland Ltd is owned by OP. The service is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority under a transitional provision of the Act on Payment Institutions.

We always strive to make the delivery as quickly as possible. We ship products within 1 to 3 business days of receiving the order. However, please be prepared that this may take longer at busy times. Busy times include different campaigns or launches of new collections
We deliver orders to Europe using the parcel services of Posti. The delivery cost is €9.90 If the total sum* of the ordered products exceeds €100, the customer will not be charged any delivery costs if the customer chooses the delivery to a pickup point.
*If the total sum of the ordered products exceeds €100 at the time of order placement and the customer wishes to return some of the products so that the remaining order value is less than €100, the delivery and return costs (€9.90) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer.
Please pay attention to the retention period of parcels at the pickup point. If the parcel is not picked up within the retention period, the parcel will be returned to the sender. We will charge the customer €10/order for any uncollected parcel to cover the delivery cost and other costs incurred by us.
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Before placing an order, the customer must read the terms of delivery in force at the time.
